What I do

From Passion to Purpose

Born in New City, NY, and now resides in Stamford, CT, My love for fitness started at a young age. My athletic abilities playing soccer and softball seamlessly grew from a hobby to an interest in the health & fitness world. I am certified as a personal trainer with ISSA and have many specialties when it comes to fitness. I love to incorporate Yoga, Pilates, strength training and toning movements when creating programs for my clients. Recently becoming a new mom has also helped me learn more about the human body. I quickly realized the lack of accessible information & education around how to train during pregnancy, into postpartum, and beyond. My personal journey has spiked an interest in this category and I see an opportunity to better educate myself and any future client. I have also worked with several cardiac, pulmonary, and physical post-rehab clients. My experiences with training and rehabilitation make me a well-rounded trainer for any type of candidate.

My approach to creating a healthy lifestyle is much more than just working out. It’s about building a well-balanced routine that includes nutrition, stretching, warming up, and getting the proper amount of sleep. Through goal setting and commitment, I work with my clients to realize effects that will minimize the risk of future injuries and health-related issues. While training with me you will improve your overall energy, gain more confidence, and feel more in control, helping you become the best version of yourself!
